As of now I have a PAR rate of 5.62 and my monthly note will be around $2600.

Do y’all think interest rates will drop any more anytime soon? I’m ready to close this thing out.

Lock it in. 10-year treasuries will still jockey for position against Powell's 1-foot in, 1-foot out approach (Hawkish/Dovish hybrid tone from that clown) to maybe a whopping 50 total basis pts lowering before 12/31/25...so just lock that 5.6 in now imo.

Who is your lender if you don't mind me asking and what type of loan? I just refinanced from almost 7 percent to 5.75 on a VA loan through GMFS.

We are going with GMFS as well and went with an FHA loan.
