$150MM Investment Deal
Didn’t see this posted. Penny stock but on NASDAQ. Low revenue and not yet profitable. I think the investment might draw attention and the question is whether this company can grow.
Company Summary: Basically, it is a data integrity assessment platform. Helps companies evaluate data and improve the data better using AI. It’s offered to a wide range of company types from their website: LINK
Spec play obviously where this can go and probably a shite stock but it’s trading up this morning after the news and seems like a big investment into this company. Thoughts from the MB?

Lol. I’m heavily invested in Index funds. This is purely a spec play. Just wondering if anyone has dug into this one and looking for insights.

The investment was tied to a disbursement of shares at 45 cents so it’s essentially a dilution
