Headed with the wife to Amelia island for a 3 day getaway. Any recommendations on restaurants or fun activities would be appreciated.

Pretty neat place is Driftwood Beach.

Edit: My bad, that’s actually in Jekyll Island. We did the multi city trip from Savannah down to Atlantic Beach and I’m got those cities mixed up.

Really depends on what you like, great spots to kayak, Ft. Clinch is nice, golf courses, downtown Gregor MacGregors Mini Links & drinks, Duck Pinz bowling, Restaurants- Salty Pelican, Wicked Bao, The Boat House, Moon River Pizza.
Beach Restaurant's- Salt Life (expensive for what it is), Sandbar, Sliders.
Breweries (with food) AIBC, First Love Brewery, Mocama Brewery (not my favorite).
Off Island-Restaurants- Down Under, Shuckers, Gators Dockside, Black Cat Pizza.
Breweries (with food) The Brew Shed (our hangout), SJ's Brewery,
Probably more than you wanted. let me know if you need more specifics.

Appreciate the info but that’s a lot.
Can you tell me the best place for drinks, happy hour and your favorite places to eat.
If you were going for 3 night where would be your spots?
Thanks for the help.

Man I really dig Chowder Ted's. Not on the island, but on the way in/out of Jax from the Island.

If you’re into seafood, check out Salt at The Ritz, amazing view and fresh catch. For casual, The Sandbar right on the beach is perfect. For something fun, rent bikes and explore the historic district or take a kayak tour through the marshes, it’s super chill. Don’t miss a sunset at Fort Clinch State Park, really pretty spot.

Make sure to include the cruise to Cumberland Island. Interesting history and there is a good chance you will run across some of the wild horses.
