in 2019

Week 2- Gave up 38 to Texas (almost cost us game)

week 3- Gave up 2 first half TDs to Northwestern st

Week 4 - Gave up 38 to a bad vanderbilt

Sure, our offense is slow but it will get better like the 2019 D got better. The goal early is to win. The reaction of this site is pretty insufferable. I thought we be happy to beat Florida by 2 possessions

Joe Sloan isn’t remotely as accomplished or as smart as Dave Aranda. Aranda was cooking the big 10 for years prior to LSU and is a Mensa member. I’d prefer Joe Sloan just manage a Wendy’s.

It normally takes the offense a few weeks to catch up to the defense. Especially in the beginning of the year.

But this is the same shite we’ve seen for a very long time now.

Context is important.

Yes, beating UF 20-10 is good.
5 picks is good.

However…
9 first downs is not good.
5 3 and outs is not good.
Playcalling is not good.
TOP is not good.

So yea, 20-10 is good, but when you account for the rest, it is a genuine concern moving forward. That should have been a 40-10 win. Instead, our putrid offense kept it close and we kept tripping on our own nuts. So that’s not good.

Aranda is not a Mensa member. Where did you even get that from?
