Most people are too stupid to understand the importance of the 2nd amendment.
They will constantly talk about the WWII holocaust and just how evil and awful it was, they will tell you how evil Kim is and starving his people in NK, the horrors of people like Pol Pot. Then these same people will argue with you about common sense gun control.
It’s right in front of everyone’s face and has been. I can’t help you understand it. It’s just sad and frustrating that in this age you realize that people were smarter 250 years ago.
