Sick, so didn't meal prep my normal meal for the week. So had to order out today.

Breakfast for lunch: three brown sunny side up eggs with an 8" piece of San Francisco sourdough bread for dipping, plus 6" of banana protein shake, which included a 7" banana....plus water.
