College Town Parking

I am 285 steps from the corner of Parker and Highland. Parking in College town was $40 for the LA Tech game. I'll take $30 for Florida if its pre-arranged as I'd like to go tailgate and not sit and sell parking spots. On a map, I am right at Cornell at Oxford. Happy to supply pics or whatever to show that its legit as I am new to TD.
