Princess cruise out of Jacksonville Florida

Going on an invited paid for five day trip in February. Turks Caicos trip. Are we in for a possible chicken nugget ghetto situation, or is Princess fairly more civilized?

Princess is more upscale than Carnival.
I have only taken one but it was to New England and Canada. It was fine.
We had a bunch of old geezers on board but at least there were no riots.

I'm here in Jacksonville and work 1/2 mile from the port. I've only seen Carnival ship and the Princess website doesn't show anything departing from here. Maybe coming soon?

If you aren't a SCUBA diver, there's not a lot of reason to go to T&C. I think it's the most overrated spot in the Caribbean. It's a barren rock, with no trees or freshwater. The beaches are comparable to other Caribbean islands that aren't a desert. Everything is incredibly expensive.
The SCUBA is the best in Caribbean. For any other reason, I'd pass for another location.

We have been on Princess 2 times and a third coming up. Older crowd, 60s, depending on itinerary and cost youll get some rougher folks but not bad just a sprinkle of trashiness.
