Wont be able to attend my draft or even sit down and look for my next pick so I wanted to set up auto draft. What advice do yall have on setting when to pick what position, what players to prioritize, how many of a position to draft, etc.
ESPN Standard PPR 1 QB 2 RB 2 WR TE, def K

Just a totally impossible task without knowing who is available when you pick.
the best thing you can do is manually set your draft board like an NFL GM would and let the chips fall. If you end up with 6 running backs and two receivers then you can make trades.
Best thing for you to do is hand over your password to someone you trust and let them pick for you.
I think the only thing I would really utilize if I just had to auto draft would be taking certain players off the board so that you ensure you don't pick them. If you want to make sure you aren't drafting a QB or TE early for example, remove Josh Allen, Brock Bowers, Trey Mcbride, Lamar, Hurts, etc from your board
Look at your draft positions and look at the ADP's in that range. If Lamar is going around your pick in the 3rd round ADP and you don't want him there, you need to exclude him to be safe

Talk to NoleMan. He's an expert at it.

Well hopefully he won't be tonight.

His roster from our 12 team auction draft last night:
QB Jalen Hurts
QB Bo Nox
QB Brock Purdy
QB Dak Prescott
RB Bucky Irving
RB Tank Bigsby
RB Jerome Ford
WR Jayden Higgins
WR Christian Kirk
WR Wan'Dale Robinson
WR DeMario Douglas
TE Evan Engram
TE David Njoku
TE Chig Okonkwo
TE Zach Ertz
Gotta love the depth at QB and TE.
He'll probably be better in a snakedraft, but the auction was brutal.
