Immigration officials said they intend to deport Kilmar Abrego Garcia to Uganda, after he declined an offer to be deported to Costa Rica in exchange for remaining in jail and pleading guilty to human smuggling charges, according to a Saturday court filing.
The Costa Rica offer came late Thursday, after it was clear that the Salvadoran national would likely be released from a Tennessee jail the following day. Abrego Garcia declined to extended his stay in jail and was released on Friday to await trial in Maryland with his family. Later that day, the Department of Homeland Security notified his attorneys that he would be deported to Uganda and should report to immigration authorities on Monday.

Again, why the frick was he even allowed to go free for more than 10ft after walking out of the jail in Tennessee?
Should have been grabbed immediately and shipped to Aligator Alcatraz and then put on a plane to Uganda.

I believe the “judge” issued orders that if re-arrested he was to get 72 hrs to notify his counsel.

Would love to see what standing that judge has over immigration issues. So this judge in a criminal trial outweighs a previous deportation order from another judge?
DOJ should have picked him up and said "what you going to do about it"?
