I'm going over .
We are going to miss Taylor but my god the WR room is stacked . We return a veteran SEC QB who threw for a shitton of yards last year.
Caden fricking Durham.

Yeah,If Nuss is our quarterback, we will score 30 points a game. If not, 21.

LSU never plays a shite schedule. They can't afford to average less than 35 points per game if they want to make it to the playoffs.
UGA averaged the least points of any playoff team last year (31.5). However BEFORE the playoffs they were averaging 34 ppg.
Arizona St had the least amount of points per game before the playoffs at 33.

Idk, people dont realize just how little 30 PPG is.
LSU scored 29.5 PPG last year because of red zone issues and a tough schedule. Our offense was decent, but even if it would've been paired with a top 25 defense wasn't good enough to win a title.
In modern college football you need to score around 35-40 PPG to be considered good enough offensively to win a title. 2019 LSU scored 47 PPG with the hardest schedule in the country that year, and maybe the toughest strength of record in college football history. 2023 LSU scored 43 PPG. The 2024 football season was a down year offensively with only 1 team scoring over 40 PPG, but normally there's 4-10 teams scoring above 40 PPG, with most being in the top 10 teams in the country.
