They will straight up lie to your face when making tee times then throw your arse on temp greens at the turn when they have your money
I get it that you’re redoing your greens. Don’t f**king lie to me. You have 10 vehicles in your parking lot on a Sunday morning. Did you lie to them too?

They told us that we would be able to play the Lakes 9 twice when the tee time was made
otherwise we would have played somewhere else ( anywhere else). They’ve told this lie to Lakes members since the start of the Links renovation. They change the rules as they go to get the most $$.

Regular green fee. We saw nobody on the back nine because nobody wants to play those garbage temp greens

Woof.. I’m a member and haven’t invited anyone to play due to temp greens.. Kinda glad because I didn’t realize they didn’t discount the rounds some.
Plus the par 3’s tee boxes are getting worked on so you’ve got 2 absurdly short shots.. Especially on 14… it’s like 50 yards. I’m so afraid of holing one out there because while it will look like an ace on a score is really??

As you can see not a damn soul is using that mat either
I’m having to trust the process with all the renovations being done. Don’t know if you took a minute to look at the new greens but they look amazing .. but I can certainly understand your frustration.

They do look good. However, I wouldn’t be surprised after all is said and done they come at a price.

Yeah, when it’s been cart path only they’ve kept us on the lakes. Which is fine and I do get the course conditions email so I usually know what to expect.
