Speed against Clemson defense

Up to Sloan to figure it out, but Georgia's beat down of Clemson in week 1 last year should be the blueprint. Dawgs initially tried pound Clemson's smallish d-line inside but adjusted and got their receivers out in space and it broke the game open. Would benefit the o-line who lets face it, is going to struggle in pass pro all year compared to last years line. LSU has 10x the speed at WR than Georgia had last year and has Nuss to distribute opposed to CaRsOn BeCk. Bubble screen the absolute piss out of them, Tigers by 10. BK monkey off his back. Peak Tiger Stadium week 3 against Florida. Happy Days.

I do think that creativity early in the game to keep their DL off balance and give our OL time to get their feet under them is of the utmost importance.

Up to Sloan
He is the the biggest question mark this season. he has to be more creative and not so predictable

Hopefully our new run game coordinator helps in that regard
Nuss also has to take what the D gives him. If its not there tuck it.and get 5 yards and live to fight another down

SLOAN CANNOT BE TENTATIVE, LET IT FLY AND OPEN THE PLAYBOOK! SAME PLAN ON DEFENSE.

To me its not about being tentaive as much as being predicatble. You can't run inside zone every time we get to 2nd and 10. The run game has to be more creative than inside and outside zone.
The good news is that we have a lot of speed at WR so we should be able to stretch the defnse verticaly creating space for AA, TG, and CD to work underneath.
Early in the game we need to run RPOs, screens, and everything else that makes a defense slow down for a split second.

We can get creative. Until we're inside the 10 apparently.
