A law degree isn't an absolute requirement.
In a similar way you don't have to be a lawyer to be on the Supreme Court.

This. Tulsi is the shite. Pam gets a lot of grief here, but she is doing what she is told.
I personally believe that DJT has a master plan working towards the midterms. As much as I hate the drip drip stuff, it shows that DJT knows exactly how to dominate the headlines.

Look, No one admires Tulsi Gabbard more than I do. Was a Democrat; accused of being compromised by the Russians by Hillary -- now holds one of the most trusted, powerful position in our government.
But Tulsi has more of a hand to play. She knows what should happen. But Bondi is (unfortunately) tied to Trump's hip. She will do nothing unless given permission by the White House advisors.
Reverse the roles, you'd want to 'reverse the women'.
