Anyone ever used StartEngine?

There’s a regional company that I might be okay speculating a little with, and they’re using StartEngine as the broker to raise capital. The company is closely held prior to this offering, and they're only raising a few million max. Everything is held with StartEngine until a full IPO occurs.

I get that the investment would be speculative and could be diluted. I’m more curious about StartEngine and any fees they might charge. I’ll dig through the agreement, but I thought I’d ask here first.
