Wow how long ago did the first season end? I remember really liking it but don’t really remember the story all the way.

See it’s been three years

First 6 are out, then 5 more on 7/24, then a bonus one on 7/31.

Sweet. I thought there were only 6. I'm on episode 5 now and the girl that plays Delirium, steals the scene every times she's in it. I had no clue it was the same girl that played Hannah on the Amazon series.

She’s also Samantha Morton’s daughter, also a fantastic actress.

For OP, we’ve just watched the first but I just love the visuals of the series. It’s interesting but also visually beautiful.

Guessing there’s a lot of stuff we’re never going to see after this season ends.

Anyone watching?

We are doing a rewatch of Season 1 first because it was so long ago.

I did the recap, and holy heck, like with FOUNDATION, there's so much which I had forgotten. Tried watching the 1st episode and it just felt like a random mess. The characters were clearly 'swapped', and that's all I'll say about that, but I don't get the basis of the "meeting". It wasn't grabbing my attention. Going to push on, but knowing it all ends here there's not much incentive.

We watched a 10 minute recap and it still wasn't comprehensive enough.

I'm glad we did a re-watch. Season 1 is great.

The visuals are drop dead gorgeous. Extremely well done and perfectly set and framed.

Watched the first 2 episodes of Season 2 tonight.

The premise of Dream giving ownership of Hell is pretty damn cool.

The TV show Lucifer came from this story, Season of Mists. His reasons for leaving were in the story.

Really enjoyed the first half of S2. Lost on where Destruction was going. Also always assumed God was the father they keep mentioning but Destruction mentions “mom” too. Wish he was still part of the show but still looking forward to the rest

We have an episode left of the first chunk of episodes (I believe the 2nd half comes out on the 25th).

Visually, it's an incredibly beautiful show. In an era where CGI is overdone in a lot of cases, this is a textbook of using it the right way in the modern age.

We've really enjoyed it this season. Samantha Morton's kid as Delirium has been fantastic. Really does well in expressive acting.

I need to see Tom Sturridge in some Jane Austen movies or something.

Not too bad. The race and gender swapping is there, but the gayness is there at times.
