Gary Cole / Diedrich Bader / Stephen Root - Character actors opinion?

I just finished a rewatch of Veep, and got me thinking about character actors that have played in the same movies/shows together very often.
Gary Cole / Diedrich Bader have much overlap:
Office Space
Veep
Psych
etc.
Stephen Root too, but he didn't have an appearance in Psych.
IMO those are three of the best character actors today and always seem to find the same pages.
I'm probably missing a lot of interconnections, so please add.
Btw, an obligatory RIP for one of my favorite character actors of all time...

Gary Cole has been grinding those character roles out ever since his network series (Midnight Caller?), where he played a late night talk show host.
