I watch this one regularly. It’s only about 90 minutes.

Really good choices there I like all those movies. I haven't watched any older movies in a while but per my usual I'll give some recommendations based on the directors from each of those movies.

Otto Preminger - Laura (1944) Film-Noir
Fritz Lang - Fury (1936) Proto Film-Noir, Thriller
John Huston - The Treasure of the Sierra Madre (1948) Western,Adventure
*Charles Laughton - Hobson's Choice (1954) Comedy, Drama, Romance
William Wyler - The Big Country (1958) Epic Western

* I believe The Night of the Hunter is the only movie Charles Laughton directed, more known for his acting so I recommend one of his movies he acted in.

I've been on an action kick lately. I know not the classics, but I've watched

Code of Silence (85)
Good Guys Wear Black (78)
Red Scorpion (89)
Point Blank (67)

The Big Heat always makes me laugh. Glenn Ford basically destroys every woman he comes into contact with, except for the old lady who pointed our Larry.
