Legal question for the room

Recently returned from Houston for a quick trip. Upon returning, I came home to a keyed truck. I have video and a description of the truck, which matches the person I suspect. Question 1, is this enough evidence for an open and shut door avenue to press charges? Question 2, what kind of charges can be pressed? He's also stalked over social media, and come to my home when I wasn't there

Call.police, file a claim and incident report. Give them suspicion and video evidence. There probably are 10 other homes that captured evidence on their ring camers, or maybe even businesses. Cops can view that (you probably would have less luck).
They then determine if the case is strong enough to file charges and arrest the suspected guy.

The DA can charge if the cops don’t arrest. So, you can go to the DA office with your evidence if the cops fail to do their job.
