Tri Bike tune up Baton Rouge

Looking to get back in to riding. Last race was 2012. My Felt bike has been sitting up for years in my outside shed. Any suggestions on which shop to bring it to to get a tune up, some rusty brakes fixed/ replaced and whatever else it might need done. Or someone that might even work on bikes from their house? I am in Baton Rouge. Any suggestions? Thanks
