Jared Jones might not get drafted too high and with a big signing bonus.
What if a nice NIL deal and the chance to be LSU all time home run leader could get him back for a senior year?

It’s better for him to leave with leverage. You’d have to pay him the difference of the terrible deal he’d get next year plus what he would get this year.

At worst 4th round money. Thats 500-700. Plus if he doesn’t have leverage and goes in the 10th next year then that’s 150k. You’d have to pay him that plus what he would lose going that late.
So 2 million.
