I cant find any articles on why he did this. He sold at $4.50 a couple weeks ago and its over $7.40 now. Any inside scoop?

Sometimes higher ups in the company will do this for tax reasons. I don't know the particulars of this example.

This stock has finally started to trend upwards! Been on it for awhile. Averaged myself down over the last 2 yrs.

What's the potential here? Or are you in it for a trade?

In it for the trade, however there is major upside potential with the NVIDIA partnership. Well run company. Almost always hits EPS each earnings.

Owners sold shares and took profits, but i wouldnt read too much into it. I would have sold some shares too and dont blame them one bit for it, especially after their stock price had plummeted to 2 bucks a share over the past 4 years.

Here's the Fool heaping praise and even a buy recommendation

LINK

"Navitas announced last month that Nvidia had selected the company to help power its next-generation artificial intelligence (AI) data center systems, including the much-anticipated Rubin chips that will eventually succeed the current industry-leading Blackwell chips.

Navitas, which specializes in gallium nitride (GaN) and silicon carbide (SiC) technologies, will help Nvidia solve key scaling issues with its power supply for the incredibly powerful AI-fueled chips.

I think Navitas stock is worth owning; the seal of approval from Nvidia is huge. The company's balance sheet is solid, with minimal debt."

Thinking it hits 10 this week. Depends on China trade talks. If all goes well, it will pop again. Just my opinion. Not financial advice
