What's the best way to post a pic in the body of a message?

I usually try to click the "img" button...I always have a link like it asks. I've got accounts to both photobucket and imageshack but seem to have an issue with this and would like some simple help to post a photo inside the body of the message.

Be sure the link that you are hosting is a .jpg
You may be trying to host a link to a page instead of a particular picture

Damn! I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong! I'm hosting a pic, then viewing it and clicking the "img" but next to the the message box and posting it inside the message box! What can I possibly be doing wrong?

Click on that image, so that it is just the image on that page
Then link the .jpg file

If you are trying to upload from photobucket (like I do). After you upload the image into your photobucket library copy the "direct link" code and paste that into the dialog that comes up when you click img to post.
