On North Blvd (close to 3rd Street). Any good? What kind of food do they have? Cheap?

At lunch its a buffet.....I've been there once, or maybe twice when I worked downtown. I don't remember it being great, but it wasn't horrible either

They have really good red beans n rice on mondays. that's all i get, the rest of the week is not too good.
