Vontaze Burfict?

I don't know who this guy is, but this isn't the first time I've seen Burfict talking about Arizona St. Besides that, the grade situation may be a bit easier for him at ASU also.

LINK

This is 4or 5 recruits that USC's lost so far this recruiting season.

do you think Petey going against Sanchez is making some of this happen?

I was most impressed with Burfict in the AA Game. He's legit and there has been rumblings of these USC defectors for a while.

Its amazing how different schools handle staff shakeups. Kudos to LM

The Simmons Kid was convicted of robbery a few months ago and will not enroll at USC. There is a strong chanc he will be doing some prison time. I work in Compton and am familiar with the case.

They recently acquired a silent commit. I doubt they are worried. They have the most solid athletes from FR-SR than any other team in the nation.

Word from the West Coast is that Kennard verballed this weekend. Completely unsubstantiated at this point, but from what I understand, it is the worst keep secret right now.

No word on Burfict yet. Last I heard his former HS teammates where working him (Centennial is an ASU pipeline), but still solid to 'SC.

We'll see in the next nine days.

I was hoping Kennard would go to USC. If he comes back from the injury the same, he'll be an amazing 4-3 DE in college. The whole 3-4 OLB/hybrid Cal runs just seemed like it would waste his ability to an extent.

How's Griffen doing? I haven't seen him really stand out from what I've seen it.

Getting Kennard would certainly soften the blows that USC has been taking the past few weeks. He seems like a very high-character guy, who could be a great leader for the team, in addition to getting lots of sacks.

Does it look like Te'o is going to go to SC? Rivals looks pretty clueless when it comes to him (they all had him going to BYU).

ETA: Why is this thread anchored?

Is Kennard healed up yet? I felt bad for the kid when he got hurt, he would of made a play probably the top player in the nation if he didnt hurt.

Griffen has split time with primarily with Clay Matthews the last two years.

He will be the man in the rotation as a Jr.

I think he had six sacks last year. I know he had 5.5 his Fr. year.

Big things expected this year.

It is USC vs. ucla. At this point, it looks like 'SC is in the catbird seat.

I think the allure of USC has been tarnished the last few years with recruits realizing that USC will never win another National Championship without a perfect season. The Pac 10 has been exposed and USC no longer gets any respect from the pollsters or computers. The paper dynasty has imploded.

Um, yeah. USC will not be able to get top talent anymore.

Well thought out opinion and not biased in the least...
