USCIS ALIEN REGISTRATION EXEC ORDER

quote:

On Jan. 20, 2025, President Trump issued Executive Order 14159, Protecting the American People Against Invasion, which directed the Department of Homeland Security to ensure that aliens comply with their duty to register with the government under section 262 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) (8 U.S.C. 1302), and ensure that failure to comply with the registration requirement is treated as a civil and criminal enforcement priority. The INA requires that, with limited exceptions, all aliens 14 years of age or older who were not registered and fingerprinted (if required) when applying for a U.S. visa and who remain in the United States for 30 days or longer

quote:

Registration is not an immigration status, and registration documentation does not create an immigration status, establish employment authorization, or provide any other right or benefit under the INA or any other U.S. law.

I think with this EO Trump has a contingency plan should the USSC rule the way they did.

I have seen countless stories about immigration lawyers driving to illegals house to fingerprint them, it is then put into global & domestic databases to make sure the person is not currently wanted or part of a criminal network.

Once verified, these people will likely be given a legal work visa with ETIN numbers to ensure they are paying into the system, but in no way be a legal resident so they will not be counted in census or continue to receive benefits. If you refuse to be fingerprinted, then you will be removed.

So you think the Supreme Court will allow them not be counted in the census?

LOLOL.

These people are here to stay and are going nowhere. That was the plan all along. A four year speed bump won't stop this. As soon as another progressive is in charge, the gates will open again.

You are being replaced. Every progressive voter you know wants you replaced. There can't be another mistake like Trump. To do that, you have to replace those voters now with complicit ones. Progressives don't care if they assimilate, are law abiding, or are good people.

Wait, take that back. Progressives don't want good people here based on their reactions to a few hundred Boars we stopped from being killed. They want those people killed just like they want you killed.

Time to wake up to reality.

SCoTUS already tossed the challenge to Trump's plan to not count them in 2020 but President Autopen didn't follow that plan.

Sure, the USSC is 7 globohomos and 2 patriots, but it’s stands a much better chance of standing based on the bastardized intent of our founders in the constitution vs just hauling these invaders out on the next flight.

I think if this doesn’t hold you have no choice but to go full Bukele and arrest everyone to save the Republic.

Hire 2000 immigration judges for a 3-year term. 16 hearings per judge, per day, roughly 200 days of hearings per judge, ~3200 hearings per judge, per year - that ought to do it. It would take about 90 days to hire and another 60 to prime the system, but that could still handle over 6 million hearings per year.

These aren't supreme court cases. There is either evidence the person is legally allowed to be here or there isn't. If they lose in front of the IJ, then they can appeal, but they can wait in their country of origin.

Due process isn't rocket science.
