Is anyone else experiencing YouTube video auto play even after turning it off?

The videos are previewing with audio sometimes no matter how many times I toggle it off or delete cookies. Is anyone else experiencing this? It's driving me insane

I've been having a few problems with YouTube lately also, though not exactly what you described. For me the videos are hanging up about 10 seconds before the end and then starting over.

Having problems with YouTube as well but as well not the same ones as that.

I had to go into settings and turn it off yesterday. I’m pretty sure it stayed off. Assuming it got turned on after an update but dunno.
