I don't think the schools are ranked though. It's just Scott Kennedy's top ten.

Say what you will about ND/Weis developing talent and producing on the field, but they have been pretty good reeling in bluechippers the last few years.

The aura of Notre Dame can even get a Dayne Crist to wait 3 years behind Emu Clausen, while he could've started for us this year. Not bad, iyam.

Notre Dame is great at recruiting guards, punters, tight ends, and the occasional pro style quarterback if you get where I'm going...

Yes you are correct, but ND has arguably the largest fanbase in the country, its own national TV contract, doesn't share a nickel with anyone, and a rich history. ND will be back one day soon because of resources. If they keep recruiting like they have been the last two years...watch out.

But why then even with 2 good recruiting classes havent they stepped up and really competed. They should be better, c'mon Syracuse. They arent better then half the conference USA teams with far less talent. Are these classes just overrated or just bad job of coaching. I say a little bit of both

remember that you can sign all the 4 and 5 star recruits you want but if nobody coaches them they wont amount to much. their stars in high school they need proper coaching to improve in college, weis hasnt shown that yet. they do have some good players who may plan on sunday some day thou
