Yesterday afternoon I made a couple of pounds of homemade refried beans.

Whipped up some Pico de Gallo this morning.

This afternoon I made these flour tortilla taco bowls.

Shredded chicken tacos, some with a sweet birria sauce.

Also had taco rice, queso and chips, ground beef tacos and some other stuff(too much)that escapes my mind at the moment.

Oh, I also made a homemade Tres Leches cake of which we're all to full to indulge in right now.

No one can tell me it isn't the best dessert ever. Honestly, I like old people desserts so it being held in milk all day helps
