Sort of solo trip to Grand Cayman

Work related. Meeting a group but wife isn't going so I expect some free time. Short trip but any recs are appreciated. Specifically food and bars. Staying on 7 mile.
Also, is the sea turtle thing worth a few hours?

Rackams and sit at the bar. Bartenders are awesome to talk to and food is very good.

OP: Rent a snorkel rig (snorkel BEFORE Rackams) and just get in the water.
