I'll give up Feb. 5

He took his official for the Georgia game.

If he comes........it's on his dime.........and you gotta wonder......

the staff always liked their chances with him and he WAS a silent verbal to LSU for a while, despite that is meanlingless for a 18yo kid

FL made the predictable late push and swayed him in their direction

we clearly are still pushing since we know there is genuine interest there by Debose. But i wonder if we don't get Andre and do get Randle - will we offer Kelly late to compensate for not getting Debose and knowing Dixon is gone and likely Jared Mitchell is gone too??

everyone believes that Kelly is only a backup plan for Randle, not sure that that we couldn't conceivably take both

Shep said that he was still pushing him to take a visit here this weekend so don't be surprised if he ends up in BR for the weekend. It would count as an unofficial visit.

Derby, you bring up an interesting point. it also makes me wonder if this (recent transfers) may have an impact on the choices the recruits make. especially IF we try to take another WR (maybe Kendal Kelly) due to recent transfers.

We've already offered Kelly if I'm not mistaken.

This is the point at which I agree with you.

You would think Debose and Randle wouldnt want to be in the shadow of anyone.. Both of them would want to be the #1 receiver.

you know what I mean... I'm not talking about a contingency offer which has to do with Randle committing or not committing

I know if both Debose and Randle wanted to commit to LSU then I would bet Kelly would be out if he wanted to come as well

the question is: If Debose remains out like it appears, do we take both Randle and Kelly if they both want to be Tigers?

It's not a stretch to happen... Kelly likes LSU and we are basically in it against Clemson right now after he just said he wanted to leave Alabama to go to college.

one is a prototypical WR

the other could be any number of utility positions

I don't think they compete for balls, pursay
