I mentioned this in the Sourdough thread but thought the little place deserved its own.
It is on Antioch across from the St George Fire Department and it is open Friday-Sunday.
On Saturday lunch it has some really good food vendors. A lady makes great Mexican food and she takes orders for tamales by the dozen and they are good. Hard to find a homemade tamale around here.
A pizza guy that I would put his up with any around here. And I get there isn’t a lot of confidence in the BR pizza scene but these are as good as you will find.
And if anyone remembers Kay from the Oasis on Coursey she is cooking her Thai food in there on Saturday too. She cooked at the Thai place on Perkins next to Diguilios for years. Can’t remember the name of that place. But her homemade egg rolls for $2.00 are worth the trip in itself.
Praline lady, cookie lady and a lady that makes homemade macarons.
They sell out by about 2:30.
Cool place. Lot of good artists, vintage furniture, vintage clothes, jewelry. One lady has a lot of vintage Pyrex that is really neat. Great comic book vendor with tons of Hot Wheels and Match Box cars. He sells the shite out of them. Who knew?
One guy makes really nice cutting boards and will custom make them for you and not as much as a Boos Board.
NextChapter Coffee is in there and they sell a lot of single source coffee beans that I like. They will grind for if you like and have tastings. I believe they are going to start selling it brewed. They do a coffee cupping class which is really interesting for the coffee people.
Just thought anyone looking for something like that would enjoy it and with the food option it would be better on this board rather than the OT.
Oh and this guy sells Sourdough Bread there with lots of different ones and all to sample.

That’s it. Diguilios bought it and knocked the building down for parking.
She has a loyal clientele. She is very good and not expensive at all and it’s a solid stream of people from about 10:30-1:30 filling up. I could eat a six pack of her egg rolls.

Had Kay’s Thai Shrimp Noodles and egg rolls yesterday. Good stuff and I recommend it for Saturday lunch.
These are fresh handmade egg rolls which I don’t know anywhere else that is making their own. Most come from a couple egg roll plants in the US frozen and they all taste the same to me. Plus they are $2.00 which is cheap. Thai shrimp are great too plus she gets her shrimp from Tony’s, so I’m sure they are gulf shrimp. She starts selling about 10 and is sold out by about 2:30. I recommend as she had a loyal cult following.
