I dunno.. It seems like it was on purpose. Maybe Their family went down to Ttown this past weekend and told Nick formally, no thanks?
From that article i would say Ou and LSU are the finalist. I would give the edge to us.

This has to be a mistake. It will come down to LSU or Alabama.

He's right, there's no way that BAMA could be eliminated. They have Saban..... AND THE BEAR!!!!!!

Word is it's been between LSU and Ou for a while now. Bama has slipped quite a bit.

Reuben didn't like Nick's abrasive style too much from what I'm hearing. Saban is going into year 3 at Bama and that's when his personality and workaholic lifestyle start to wear thin with players and coaches.

thats one hell of a mistake. I doubt Bama just "slipped his mind". even so, doesnt bode well for Bama even if it was a mistake and it did slip his mind. Makes me think they arent at the forefront of his list anymore.

not so fast.

remember the recruit who announced Michigan is eliminated and he would likely commit to LSU?

The same one that committed to MICHIGAN the next day

Here's the link. Can't tell if the author just made a mistake because he throws Auburn on the shortlist....either way he doesn't sound excited about Alabama.

Judge for yourself.

the fact that Bama wasn't even mentioned even after all of his visits here - neither on his short list or on the list of schools dropping out, makes me think there was some kind of mistake.

JMO, of course.

Randle included Tennessee on his short list, along with LSU, Oklahoma and Auburn.

Any chance these are his remaining visits? I've read several articles in that paper and they've all been full of mistakes.

I think so.

Decommit, eliminate, the COMMIT.

My point is simple: I am happy when LSU gets a commit, but I reserve celebrations for SIGNINGS.

Also, reading what a kid says (or doesn't say) in one of HUNDREDS of interviews is interesting, but not particularly important.

You make a good point, but he didnt forget to say LSU, now did he. You know if he would have done that, The Gumps would surely let us know about it, and there would be a meltdown here.

Just sayin

LSU, Oklahoma and Auburn. Ole Miss remains a longshot, while Miami is apparently out of the picture.
i find it hard to believe that auburn is on his short list while bama is not

I'm thinking they mistakenly replaced Alabama with Auburn in the article. His 3 finalist are LSU, OU, and Bama.
