We caught up from the early deficit. We had a lead early in the 2nd q. Betts goes to bench and we are down 6 at the half. That was the difference.

These girls grow up playing AAU tournaments all day long for multiple days at a time. 40 hours rest with D1 trainers and resources and they can’t play with effort?

After watching mondays win I said I wished they would have saved that 50+% shooting for the NCSt and the possible final 8 game.They didn’t and got beat in a game closer than it should have been. Kim needs to get a couple of 3point shooters next season and they could win it all again.

These are elite level D1 athletes for their sport. It’s ok to admit our team just got outplayed.
