Pinched nerve in neck

I have a pinched or inflammed nerve in my neck going into my left shoulder. Can't sleep, in severe pain all day for the last three days. My doc said take ibuprofen. It slightly dulls the pain but only slightly. Anyone have any home/homeopathic remedies?

Although not directly on point, a good chiropractor can be perfect for addressing these symptoms. They catch a lot of flack, but if you find someone knowledgeable (would look for a younger sports/wellness guy/gal), they will straighten you out friend.
They will be able to teach you some stretching for increased range of motion and flexibility to take with you and give you a better understanding of what’s causing the impingement.

Search for some videos on stretches to relieve these issues. I get these and found clips of that have helped over the course of the day. A lot of the neck/shoulder problem can extend through the arm, so a massage or stretch of the area doesn’t always work.
doctorfascia Bryan Geier has a video on TikTok from 8/23/23 that explains and show stretches that have helped me instantly.

suffered with the same thing. Went to PT, chiro then finally an orthopedic.
Orthopedic did the injections and gave me scripts of Mobic and Gabapentin
relief lasted for over a year.
tingling started again..started BPC157/TB500, after 2 1/2 weeks pain free again.
