I have been wondering is there anyway for Trump to sign an executive order ending FISA and declare all spying of US citizens unconstitutional? Stating that all agencies taking part in such programs and actions would need to stop immediately. And maybe add in anyone continuing to do so after the signing of the order are committing acts of treason against our country.

I would imagine congress and the courts would stop the EO immediately as they are the ones who have allowed these programs to continue despite their oaths to our constitution. Or do they think their oaths exclude the bill of rights? Like honestly when reading the bill of rights how long does it take to get to the 4th amendment? What about 10 min if you are slow.

Or would Tusli be able to do it without having an EO from Trump?

I hate how the founders use words/terms like unreasonable, and well controlled. Obviously this will be taken advantage of.

He couldn’t declare it unconstitutional, but he could order all agencies to stop any actions under FISA

Yet it is the exactly the "general warrant" that the Fourth Amendment expressly prohibits.
