I am asking all of the good people here to suggest a caterer that can provide lunch and dinner 4 or 5 days a week for a small group (say, less than ten).

The price needs to be reasonable.

The food should be good with adequate protein and a good nutritional profile.

I know it might be impossible, but I thought I'd ask.

Thank you very much for any ideas you may have.

Sorry, didn't mean to be vague about location, it is for Baton Rouge.

And thanks for mentioning my post count.
I have been an avid reader of TigerDroppings.
I am quite shy about posting BUT imo, my first two posts were quite appropriate.
:)

....also, kinda thin-skinned around all you tough guys!!!!

No need to be afraid - provided you don't try to advertise your business thorough deception or have flies in your establishment.

Bistro Byronz has plenty of healthy(er) options and do a great catering job.
