When I complained about President Trump's exaggerations, a fellow Trump supporter suggested a way to live with the exaggerations:
"Trump is almost always DIRECTIONALLY true, even if he gets the details wrong."
I can respect that. So, while there is ZERO chance that the Feds had to "invade" or "break in" to divert more water, I suspect the President is telling the truth in that the Feds faced opposition from California and overcame it.
