Looking for durable, easy to clean & low maintenance flooring recomendations for 3 car garage that's mostly used as Gym, Shop, ATV/Toy storage etc. Space is already insulated & climate controlled.

Options on my radar:
-Epoxy coating - Ninja or similar
-Stained & Sealed concrete
-Racetrack or similar
-3/4" Rubber stall mats - had these at last house

Any recommendations? Probably prefer pushing easy button vs DIY given the scope & scale of prep req'd

(45) 94 lb mats = 4,230 lbs.... DIY'd 2 car garage at last house with these... loved it but moving and cutting wasn't fun

Also, for $3k I'd spend to DIY I'm leaning towards a turnkey alternative

what is current condition of slab? it will need to be prepped for a new coating regardless of type, and that can vary widely in cost and scope

I've got stall mats throughout mine. Holding up great 6 years later.

Had a stained concrete garage at my old house, can get slick when wet, was a problem with young kids
