My review of Bravo

My wife and I met a group of friends to eat and we left very unimpressed. Very over priced for average Italian food. Several people at the table didn't like what they ordered. My wife and I ordered the Chicken Parmesian, the chicken had a very small piece of cheese on it. This place gets a 2 out of 5 from me.

A pasta chain with a trendy name, located by a mall isn't very good?!?!?

I don't disagree with your assessment, but their lunch prices are much better than dinner. The 1/2 order lasagna and cup of soup is only $9 and it's not half bad.

I've been three times, and two out of three it wasn't very good.
IMO, Semolina's was better consistently than Bravo's is. There is no reason for a supposedly good chain to suffer consistency problems in the kitchen.

I've been twice and both times it's been good.

We have a Bravo's here in Charlotte and I agree with you. They are a little too pricey for what they serve.
Their Shrimp Fra Diavlo is my husbands favorite. He will eat lunch there once or twice a week during Lent. I love their bread and dipping oil, I could go there and just eat that. Just my two cents.

You and your wife just ate at a chain - what did you expect?
