Was 2017 the only time the tigers had a spring game at night?

They need to do something to spice up the spring game experience a little bit so I’m for that.

They should auction off every snap of the game. How cool would it be to spend a few hundred bucks to call a play or 2 of offense or defense for da tigahs!

I don't know about every play. But they for sure could raise some money by doing something like this.

Let people buy $20 tickets to be the play caller
Maybe the entire second half or the whole 4th quarter instead of 1 play. Would you make more money by selling tickets and drawing the ticket rather than bidding in a auction?

Let there be tickets for offensive coordinator and defensive coordinator.

The only reason i asked about the night sitting game is because i had a memory pop up on Facebook from 2017 about it.

IMHO, the spring game should always be held during the day when baseball has a game that evening (weekend series). It makes for a great weekend for fans.

My weekend schedule would be (something like): Friday night game, whiskey drinks, night at The Cook, breakfast, early spring game, late lunch/early supper (chimes or walkons), baseball, whiskey drinks, back to The Cook, wake up, breakfast, Sunday baseball, drive home.

That was what we did way back in (I think) 2012- got to see Mett under center, and a weekend sweep of Arkansas.
