Terrible example, buddy. Biden was stopped almost every time he tried that.
Also better argument is that Biden was trying to spend money that was not allocated by Congress, which has the sole power to spend money.
Trump is only trying to delay payments so he can responsibly be sure thet are not fraudulent.
Courts strike down Biden’s Student Loan Forgiveness

My favorite is how it's tyranny to get rid of the Feds.
It's the exact opposite

Biden was taking credit for the PSLF program.

Washington CNN — Although the Supreme Court struck down President Joe Biden’s signature student loan forgiveness program in late June, his administration has found ways to cancel more than $48 billion in debt since then.
He broke the law. Trump can break the law, too. That $48 billion will be uncanceled if it hasn’t already been.
ETA: Actually he didn’t break the law. He canceled loans that were already permitted to be canceled - including public sector employees’ loans. Those will probably be allowed to stand.

Look at it how the MSM is portraying it. Don't over analyze it.
They would have us believe it's ok for Biden to ignore POTUS but if Trump ignores an inferior court...OHHHH the calamity!
It's bullshite and you know it.

There’s no law to break. But he still told the court to go pound sand and used tax dollars to forgive student loans.

Even worse.
All the while acting like he was bucking POTUS. The MSM made him out to be a hero for it.

He illegally tried to forgive almost $400 billion in student loans. SCOTUS overruled that, and those loans are still owed. Then he crafted a much smaller- about $50 billion - loan forgiveness that is mostly legal. It is apparently based on categories of loans that past laws have created to allow forgiveness. So it seems these are legal. At least that’s what I read.
