exactly, I eat sushi sometimes once a week....and most of the time it is on the way home from work and between my house and the place I frequent may be 5 minutes, 10 with traffic.
Afreaux, I finally sat at a sushi bar in New Orleans and that was pretty fun to watch.

It's a sign of respect to greet your sushi chef even if you aren't sitting at the sushi bar. But I always sit, speak with them, and offer a small tip in their jar in addition to whatever I tip the waitress (and a piece of that goes to them as well).
