Suggestions on built in Kitchen Fryer

Anyone have a recommendation on an outdoor fryer that is comparable with a built-in outdoor kitchen? I have a 4 gal. Cajun Fryer that we use all of the time, but would love to not have to wheel it out every time I want to use it.
Going to be doing an outdoor kitchen buildout soon and would love to include a fryer if they make a comparable electric model.

I have only used the fryers in my commercial locations but this seems like a bad idea due to maintenance and leaks. I suppose my view is skewed since I only see a heavy traffic situation

I have the 6 gal built in. You should be able to remove the fryer from the cart.

Where do you exhaust the flame if it’s built in?

This looks like your best bet, and you can get it from BBQGuys right there in Baton Rouge. I'd call, or go visit, and explain exactly what your needs are, and then see what they come up with.
