McDermott is Marty Shottenheimer 2.0

Marty got fired after a 14-2 season after losing to the 3-seed Patriots at home in the AFC Divisional game.
Not saying this loss is anywhere near that bad, but McDermott seems to be the ultimate high floor low ceiling coach, and he has the 2nd best QB of an entire generation at his disposal, unlike Marty who never had an elite level QB situation (and ran off an all time great in Brees).
Bills should consider leasing out Belichick just for Sundays. This was a total mismatch tonight in all sides.

They need an AJ Brown type trade in the worst way.
