I’m surprised Doug Pederson hasn’t been mentioned in the Saints search. He played at ULM and coached high school football in Shreveport. He’s equal to McCarthy.

McCarthy has consistently won for over 15+ seasons in the nfl and made the playoffs. Pederson had a fluke run in 2017 and two other wild card level teams.
