I can think of OCs I might prefer to Sloan but I can think of as many I would not.

Denbrock completely changed the offense based on his personnel. Sloan is trying to copy Denbrock's offense from when JD was at his peak and run it with Nuss. They are not the same caliber of OC. Denbrock ran completely different offenses with Daniels vs when Nuss came in (and it could be argued he even moved the ball better with Nuss than Sloan did all things considered), then Denbrock changed the offense again when Daniels evolved as a passer. Denbrock actually adapts to his personnel unlike Sloan and now he has this shitty QB in a NC game.
