so how'd the season finish out? I watched prolly the first 3 or 4 episodes of the season. Saracan made this long run but fumbled at the one to lose the game and was in danger of being benched for the freshman, what happened with Smash etc

matt was benched after that game, but moved to receiver. they made it all the way to state but lost on a last second feild goal. and smash walked on at Texas A&M.
it's going to re-air in an hour.

Good episode. They do a good job of keeping the viewers interested in the show. Hope it comes back next year. NBC will reair this season, so hopefully they can keep it going next year.
And the reason Coach Taylor is leaving is because he benched McCoy at state and his dad is loaded and wanted the other guy to coach.

Yup, they took JD's personal QB coach and made him head coach, but they offered Coach Taylor the new gig at the new East Dillon. Kinda shitty, but looks like he's going to take it.

Man, great finale...This is my favorite show of all time....awesome writing and acting..

Season 3 has been shown on Direct TV, channel 101, only. They're going to reair it on NBC starting on Friday.

So does anyone think they will bring it back for a fourth season? I sure hope so. Its one of the few dramas that I actually enjoy watching.
