Cold snap is gonna be great time to score some double digit bass. Get your 10xd crankbaits ready baws. I'm pumped to say the least

I just can't. I'd have to have someone show me. I'll have an umbrella and jig head minnow on.

I hope you limit out everyday. 50lb, 5 fish stringers. Every single day. I love bass fishing almost as much as I love deer hunting, but there’s no way in hell you will catch me doing it in next week’s weather. I’ll deer hunt in it, with my hands in my pockets, clutching hand warmers unless I have to take them out to shoot a deer. But mid march weather is the coldest I’m fishing.
Good luck to you. I mean that sincerely.

I fish in the south Louisiana marsh, not sure these will do me any good.

Aren't you a livescope nerd? Why are you relying on the weather to catch fish?

At Lake Texoma, I've been catching several 30" plus stripers before it got warmer the last week tunnel. My wife caught a 35".

Get that water temp down to 50 and you can catch a hog deadsticking a 1.5 oz jig head with fluke once you get a good drift going and get them stacked up under the boat. On a 6'6" MH, those big ones will hit and pull and take your rod down to the gunnel.

Texoma deadsticking is drifting over big schools at .5-.7 emphasis leaving your rod as still as possible waiting for a small crappie style bite because their metabolism has slowed. Once you get one hooked, you need 2 hands pulling on the road to get the rod off the tunnel.

And using one of those Bobo or Thunp Em Up thumpers are pretty much mandatory to encourage them to school up underneath.

Bomb it as far as you can and crank like a bandit until you get it down to 22-25 ft and then hang on

A year or two ago I bought a set of Striker Ice Predator ice fishing bibs and coat after the winter season on sale. Also supposed to be buoyant in the water. I launch the boat all the time with temps in the lower 20s and teens and don't get cold out on the water.
