My first games were in Tulane Stadium, and as a kid one of the things I liked to do is visit the stands with all the Saints merchandise, e.g., the flags, pennants, hats, Pro magazine, etc. At the time, Tulane Stadium didn’t have any gift shop.

Even when I got a little older and they opened the dome, I always loved going to the gift shop.

So, if I were you, I would take him to the gift shop and then to the Saints Hall of Fame.

That’s awesome! Championship Square to see some music and people. Saints Hall of Fame and pro shop. That’s about all I can think of.
Have fun.
